    AWARDS AND RECOGNITION REPORT

Everything seems to be in shape for the Awards presentation at
SoutheastCon 2000. All recipients for the major awards are scheduled
to attend. The plaques should be available Friday, March 31, which
would give time to make any corrections, if necessary. George Cook has
prepared an attractive Awards Program.

A goal of ARC at the SoutheastCon meeting will be to draft a new
award, Outstanding Section, and update the ARC Manual.
