The following efforts are underway for
 *  publicizing the availability of the lending library material, mainly
    at this time through IEEE student branches
 *  development of an online data base of the lending library material
 *  investigating the feasibility/usefulness of converting the video
    tapes into digital media for distribution over the world wide web to
    IEEE members.
 *  preparing a new flyer for the Educational Professional Development
    Award
 *  seeking the participation of active IEEE members to join the R3 EAC.
