January 7, 2001 Special Review Committee Report

The following three Standing Committees are currently under review.
After much discussion and various liaison activities, we have decided
to perform these reviews based on the data we have in hand.

Conference Committee - Dan Jackson and Bob Duggan reviewers

Membership Development Committee - Vernon Powers reviewer

Student Acitivities Committee - Reed Thompson reviewer

The reviewer comments will be forwarded to me for developing the final
report to the Committee Chair.  We will endeavor to complete these
final reports by September 1st.  This will provide the Committee
Chairs being reviewed time to respond to the Region Director 10 days
prior to the Fall Excom.
