Report of Southcon to R3 ExCom 1-20-00

Southcon has NOT dissolved.  It has been talking about it.

There is no show planned for 2001.

Space has been reserved for a show in Orlando in 2002.

We made a distribution of funds from reserves.  R3 got $50k, FC $50k

We are interested in selling the Southcon Show and name. Hopefully for
BIG $$.
