Excom Members,

Two modifications have been made to the Region 3 budget
for 2001 since the transmittal prepared for the pre-meeting.

 Account B-5.69b Add $400 for a total of $900(Bill Ratcliff)
 Account B-4.88a New Account for IEEE Milestones-Canaveral.

  Budget of $500(pre-meeting discussion). This
  account is in the Grants and Awards category.
  Is this correct?

Questions have been asked about conference travel expenses. Some
data follow.
