R3 Committee E-Conferencing -- ExCom Discussion Item

I have had the opportunity to particpate in several E-Conf meetings
for R3 Committees, however I did notice that only a few committees are
taking advantage of this very effective medium for communicating with
their committee members and thought maybe I had missed others
utilizing this very effective means of communication.

As such, I wanted to ask the Committee Chairs if they had been using
it, and if not, would they consider trying an E-Conf for their
committee?

The Communications Committee stands ready to help get you set-up and
running and it would be a great way to communicate with your members
spead-out throughout the Southeast and Jamaica.  Also, this would also
be a very good tool for the Area and Council Chairs to consider.
