Electronic Region 3 Newsletter Discussion

As part of the changing environment with electronic communcations we
are trying to move forward with a greater design for communications to
the membership.  Traditionally the Region 3 Newsletter has contained
reports from the various committees to the membership.  With the
committee reports available from the Region secretary on the excom
webpages.

We will still publish a paper newsletter once a year in support of
SouthCon and SoutheastCon

So the Newsletter support Committee is suggesting a new format.  We
are requesting that each committee submit articles (one or more) in
their areas of expertise for the membsership to read.n

Past articles by Charles Lord, Bill Ratcliff and George McClure are
excellent examples of what we would like to have in the newsletter.

So now the future of the newsletter is up to the Committee chairs to
submit articles.
