Report to Region 3 Excom
Fall Meeting 2001

The IEEE SoutheastCon 2004 Committee is up and running. We are
currently finalizing the Hotel Contract with the Greensboro
Downtown Marriott.  The contract has been sent to Charles Lord
for review before we submit it to IEEE Contract Services review.

The organizational committee has appointed the chairs for the sub-
committees.  We have established a newsgroup, email list and a
website to facilitate comunications with in the group.
