Special Review Cmte Report - Fall '01 Excom

1. The Conference Committee Review is complete and has been submitted
   to Charles Lord and to Dick Riddle.  This review was conducted by
   Bob Duggan and Dan Jackson.  This report along with the Conference
   Committee response will complete this review effort.

2. Our review of the Membership Development and Student Activities
   Committees are still not complete.

3. Much work is needed to develop the standardised procedures for
   archiving our Standing Committee Minutes and having year-end
   reports from these committees documenting the committee
   achievements against the year's stated goals and objectives.  This
   would provide our review teams ready access to documentation on
   which to measure the activity and effectiveness of the Committee
   during the period being reviewed.
