This is often times the best and quickest means of communications. ********When making your reservation ensure you use the exact same name that is on your government-issued I.D. For example: "William" cannot be "W.J." or "Bill". ********Check your paper ticket or e-ticket receipt for accuracy as soon as you receive it. ********If you plan to travel outside your home country or home base you must notify Corporate Security as soon as your reservations have been made. ********Share youqr travel itinerary with at least one of your business colleagues, as well as your family members. Advise all parties of changes to your plans when they occur. ********When packing, limit carry-on bags to purses, briefcases and absolute essentials. ********Sharp objects such as penknives, nail files, razors, scissors, etc. must be packed into a bag that will be checked as luggage. ********If you pack electronic equipment in a bag that will be checked as luggage, the airline is not responsible for damage or loss. You may want to pack these items in a carry-on bag. ********All baggage, including carry-on bags, should have ID tags on the outside.
