Area 3 Report for SECON 2002

The Atlanta Section deserves a special mention for uploading a
streaming video and audio presentation from the IEEE Region 3 Atlanta
Section Annual Banquet held on February 21, 2002. Portions of their
interview with fellow engineer Casandra Robinson are also available on
the website. The section's work in using the web to bringing us A/V
continues our region's strong electronic presence in IEEE.

I would also like to introduce the new Area 3 Vice Chair, Mr. Phillip
Wilson, phillip.wilson@ieee.org. Phillip graduated from Georgia Tech
in 1993 and is currently a member of the Atlanta Section. We look
