Subject: PAOC Report

There really isn't anything new to report for PAOC since the last
EXCOM meeting other than the IEEE-USA workshop to be held from April
11-14.

Currently only 11 Region 3 members have requested funding to attend
the conference.  This is much under the goal set by the PACE Committee
for our Region.

I don't know what more I can do other than to continue to send e-mails
to the membership.
