I am serving as the Electronic Communications Coordinator (ECC) and
continuing to chair the RAB Section Chapter Support
Committee's committee of all the Regional ECCs. In the region we are
assisting members and units with specific communication issues and
participating in the Communications Committee reported elsewhere.

At the invitation of Director Jerry Alphonse, I attended a Region 1
meeting and gave them 3/4's of a day introduction to e-conferencing in
Newark NJ.  This is reported at

Mark Stokes is very aptly serving as vice-ECC and is also
participating in the RAB version of this committee.  Brian Swail
continues to help out with maintaining the Section aliases.
