Southcon Director report.

Most of my comments echo those of Dick Riddle.  

In addition the Southcon Board has obtained renewal of its Trade Mark
"Southcon (R)" with the US Patent office.  At this point in time
we see little if any income for the region from Southcon 2003.
Hopefully it will turn out to be a good show with some surplus.
