Subject: Region 3 ARC Report

Plaques for awards are complete, and will be picked up today. The
Employer Professional Development award will be mailed to Pat Donohoe
for presentation at RadarCon03. The other three major award recipients
will be present at SoutheastCon.  This week I'll send a draft of the
awards program to the SoutheastCon committee.

EAB award nominations are due at the end of April, and IEEE-USA
nominations are due at the end of July.
