North Carolina Council Report

North Carolina Council has had one meeting this year as an
e-conference.  This conference was poorly attended.  Our next meeting
is scheduled for Friday April 4, 2003 as past of SoutheastCon 2003.

At this time the following sections will be represented in Jamaica:
