Hello Everyone,

The Florida Council held two meetings this year:

1) Tampa, FL - Saturday February 8th 2003
2) Tampa, FL - Thursday March 19th 2003 (At the SouthCon 2003 Show)


Here is the list of FC goals and any updates.


1) Hold at least 3 face-to-face FC Meetings.

--> We should be able to do this without any problems considering that
we already had two meetings.


2) Have at least 1 Econf for the FC.

--> Future Item


3) Have all Sections represented at SoutheastCon 2003.

--> With the current war this may not be possible.


4) Ensure all Sections have a Headquarters Signatures on all their
   accounts.

--> We have notified the three sections that have problems and they
are working to address these issues.


5) Ensure all Sections file their reports in time to receive the 10%
   additional -rebate (Feb 21st, 2003).

--> We had every section send in their financial report on time.


6) Ensure that the FC Awards Chair is working closely with the Region
   Awards Chair.

--> Currently being done.


7) Ensure that the FC Membership Chair is working closely with the
   Region Membership Chair.

--> Currently being done.


8) Ensure that all of the information on the FC website is up-to-date.

--> Everything posted is up to date.

9) Encourage all sections to use the calendar feature in the FC website.
