Activities:
* Generally, an EXCOM meeting and a section technical session is held
  every month.  Our two chapters take turns providing the technical
  programs for alternate months.
* We held two section socials this year.  One mid-summer picnic and a
  Christmas party.  Both enjoyed very good attendance by members and
  their families.
* We have created a majordomo alias for our section membership.
* The EWH section web site is considered our primary communication
  medium to members.
* We have been sending out USPS post card newsletters for every
  meeting for the last three years.
* Chair attended Section Congress 2002.
* Participated in high school science fair in judging and awards. Our
  section awarded two very large trophies.  The two IEEE Awards at the
  regional Science and Engineering Fair were the biggest and most
  coveted.  They cost a total of $100.
* Represented at most Florida Council meetings.
* 2002 reports submitted on time.
* Student branch at UNF has been active and attending section
  functions.

Goals:
* Form affinity groups.
* Bring Distinguished Lecturer Tour to section.
* Increase senior membership.
* Retain members per negative results of current Membership
  Development Report.
* Continue on-going relationships with industry, government and
  academia.  Find and foster new ones.
