PAOC Report and G&O Update

I am glad to report that the revitalization of the Region PACE Network
is going real well.  I have contact all Region 3 sections have a good
start on identifying a PACE Chair in each Region 3 section!

Also, the monthly Region PACE E-Conferences have started.  There will
be a Region 3 E-Conference on the last Thursday of each month.  This
month will actually be held on Wednesday to give people time to
prepare for travel to the Seattle Workshop.

G&O Update:
Identify PACE Contact in each area council, section, and chapter.
- All Region 3 entities have been contacted a spreadsheet has been
  updated.

Update Region 3 PACE Website
- I have spoken with the Region 3 Webmaster.  Someone needs to be
  identified to champion this task.

Hold Monthly Region 3 E-Conferences
- Started

Have attendance at the IEEE-USA Leadership Workshop by at least 1/3 of
the Region 3 Sections.
- Currently have over 15 Region 3 attendees.

Hold Region 3 PACE Training at SoutheastCon
- Scheduled.

Identify an EAC in each area, council, and section.
- Champion needs to be identified.

Develop a Region 3 Employment Assistance Website
- Preliminary Research has started.

Purchase the Harris Database
- Accomplished (Lee Stogner to Confirm)

Develop Employment Assistance Package.
- Preliminary work has started.
