Tennessee Council Report

We have a new slate of officers: Philip Lim, Chair; Tim Bigelow, Vice
Chair; and Joe Legate, Secretary/Treasurer.  David Bower is the past
chair.

We conducted our first TN Council meeting in conjunction with the RAB
meeting Nashville on June 20, 2003.  All the sections from the TN
Council were represented with the exception of Chattanooga.  The
meeting led us to discuss on needing to update the TN Council By-laws.
The sections have beed asked to provide input.  A fall meeting is
scheduled for the TN Council EXCOM in Nashville.  As a council, our
main goal is to participate in the local sections activities via email
and personal meeting.  We hope to enhance our relationship between the
sections and region 3.
