Subject: Southcon Report 7-10-03

Southcon 04 will be held on January 13-14, 2004 at the Orange County
Convention Center, Orlando, FL. Planning and booth sales are well
underway and all are looking forward to another successful Southcon.

I attended the Southcon Board of Directors meeting via teleconference
on May 30, 2003. Although the booth sales as of that date was very
disappointing ECI promised a full court press by their sales staff
following Wescon which they also manage.

The next Board of Directors meeting will be held at 10:00 AM EDT on
July 12, 2003 at CBX Electronics, Inc. in Altamonte Springs, FL. It is
hoped that ECI will make a more favorable report with regard to booth
sales, publicity campaign, and attendance promotion.
