Region 3 Summer Excom 
Region 3 Web Support Committee

I have been  converting the Region 3 Operations Manual to a Web format
from the current Word Document format.  The document is in a directory
on the web https://ewh.ieee.org/reg/3/newopsmanual/newindex.htm if 
anyone would like to contribute to the review.  I need to update some
of the graphics that were used in the Word version since they did not
convert to html or as a downloadable picture.

I have been as part of the updates to the web pages using IEEE HQ
recommended method for hiding email addresses using JavaScript.
The method is simple and can be used on any web page.  While I have
not seen any differences in the amount of junk emails I receive I am
hopeful.

I am still looking for inputs from all committees to update their
individual committee pages.  I have not been very aggressive in asking
the committees for inputs due to schedule conflicts.  I would like
to target the awards committee to get the awards manual updated so
I can get a new copy onto the site.  The current manual does not
have the updates of recent award winners.
