Goals and Objectives

Objective #1  Membership Retention 
Goal:  - To stimulate interest in existing membership and retain 80% 

Objective #2 Membership Development 
Goals: - To promote IEEE to companies, engineers and students in 
Jamaica 
       - Develop members through at least six technical presentations 
       - Hold at least one Industrial Visitation

Objective #3 Increase Membership 
Goals: - Increase regular membership by 5% 
       - Increase senior membership by 20% 

Objective #4 Improve social interaction of membership 
Goal:  - Hold at least one members & family social 

Objective #5 Improve Communication 
Goals:  - Promote and maintain website 
        - Prepare at least 2 e-news/paper news letter. 
        - Promote IEEE in local media network
