REGION 3 FINANCE COMMITTEE REPORT

Recommendation:

The attachment provides details of the Region 3 proposed
budget for 2004. The IEEE Region 3 Finance Committee
recommends approval of this proposed budget.

Goals and Objectives:

 1. Develop short and long range financial projections and plans.
 2. Formulate policies and procedures related to Region 3 financial
    matters for consideration by the Region executive committee.
 3. Assist the Region 3 Treasurer in the preparation of the annual
    budget.
 4. Monitor Region 3 financial performance against the budget.
 5. Support the Region 3 Audit Committee, as required.
