Region 3 Membership Development
2004 Goals

1.  Develop a coordinated plan that will integrate the efforts of
    Membership, Industry Relations and Public Information.

2.  Encourage all Sections to appoint a local Membership Development
    Chair.

3.  Develop a Membership "Values" brochure for distribution and use by
    all Region 3 Sections.

4.  Support monthly Membership e-conferences.

5.  Execute a Senior Member upgrade program that exceeds IEEE goals
    for new Senior Members.

6.  Support the Region 3 Employment Assistance web site

7.  Make sure that Region 3 Sections, Chapters and Student Branches
    are aware of all IEEE Membership programs, benefits and resources.
