SPECIAL REVIEW COMMITTEE REPORT

Each Standing Committee is reviewed every six years. The purpose of these
reviews per the Operations Manual is "To delve into the effectiveness,
continued need, policies, procedures, action, composition, budget
considerations, and any other aspects of the committee being reviewed.


Our goal was to review two standing committees during 2003. They were
the Strategic Planning Committee(SPC)  and the Student Activities
Committee(SAC).  We completed the SPC, but did not review the SAC.

Our goal for 2004 is to review the Student Activities Committee and
the Awards and Recognition Committees.  We expect  to have review
committees named and working by March '04.  We expect to complete
these reports in time for the Fall Excom.  We will mostly be looking
at information covering the last 3 or 4 years.
