Objectives:

1.  All sections in Region 3 have at least one representative at
    Sections Congress in Tampa, October 2005.
2.  All sections in Region 3 contribute at some level to the Sections
    Congress support fund.
3.  Make sure that all needed information on Sections Congress, costs,
    and reimbursement is communicated to all sections.

Plan:

1.  As Sections Congress bulletins are received from headquarters or
    the 2005 planning committee, they are forwarded to the effected
    parties immediately.
2.  Publish articles in the region communications outlets on the value
    of Sections Congress participation.
3.  Regular direct emails to the Sections Congress representative
    identified by each section chair.
