Region 3 Awards and Recognition Status Report - July 2004

ARC is preparing a proposal for consideration by the EXCOM of a Region
3 Outstanding Section Award that will parallel the similar Regional
Activities Award. This would replace the moribund Exemplary Section
Award.  RAB award nominations are due by October 15, see
