IEEE Florida Council Report for Excom Meeting:

Florida Council is planning to meet on August 14, 2004 at Orlando,
Florida.  The council is arranging to have IEEE Leadership Workshop at
Orlando for section officers (Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary and
Treasurer) on August 14,
2004.
