PAOC Report

 1.  The PAOC operation is being evaluated with respect to:

      a.  Addition of the Government Activities Committee function;

      b.  Improved coordination/communication during Region 3 meetings
          with PAOC members who are liaison from other committees
          meeting at the same time;

      c.  Better coordination with Membership Development Committee in
          the area of employment assistance.

 2.  A revised charter for PAOC is being drafted as part of the
     Strategic Planning Committee activity.

 3.  Adeeb Hamsey has agreed to assume the chair of PAOC.
