Region 3 PAO/PACE Report

1.   We solicited all section PACE chairmen to attend the Region 3 meeting
in Atlanta October 15-17, 2004.

2.   At the request of Mr. McClure, I participated in the MPAC organized by
the Portland, OR Section. I had a presentation on outsourcing. The topic
was received well. The 25 participants in this MPAC were receptive to the
issues raised by outsourcing, and some people provided me with positive
feedback..

3.   Region 3 PACE training will take place on Sunday October 17, 2004, as
part of the Region 3 meeting agenda.
