Report For SoutheastCon 2004 to Region 3 Fall Excom Meeting

IEEE SoutheastCon 2004 was a success this year this a  large
attendance..  While we did not hit our goals with sponsorship all other
aspects of the conference ran very well.

We have paid all of the bills for the conference and repaid the advances
to the conference from Region 3 and the Central North Carolina Section. 
The excess from the conference $5,520.00 was distributed to the Regional
and the section per the conference agreement.

Currently we are in  the final stages of wrapping up the conference
reports.  The conference treasurer, Lonnie Baxley, has submitted his
final report to Bill Hennen and I for review.  We hope to complete this
activity this month and submit the report to the Don Hill and the Bill
Harrison for approval.

The SoutheastCon Conference Committee would like to thank all those who
have supported the conference to make it a success.
