The nominations for "Outstanding" Region 3 awards have been sent to the
Region 3 ARC (Area/Council Chairs) for evaluation.  When the evaluations
are returned, the Teller's Committee will tabulate the results and
forward recommendations to the EXCOM.

The current ARC Chair, John Twitchell, will be leaving Region 3 on April
1, 2005, and a search is on for a replacement chair. Volunteers would be
greatly appreciated.
