Section/Chapter Coordination Report for January 2005 Excom

Most of the loose ends from 2004 have been closed out.  However, we are
starting over again on reporting of section/chapter officers for the IEEE
geographic roster.

The roster is updated weekly and new information can be sent at any time to
georoster@ieee.org, to be included in the next update.

Emphasis now will be on getting back on track with inactive sections (i.e.
Tri-Cities) and with inactive chapters that have not reported meetings in a
year or more.  Orlando is being used as a test case for three chapters,
where
new officers are being sought through contact with members of the relevant
societies based on SAMIEEE.
