TREASURER'S REPORT
                              REGION 3

The proposed 2005 budget for Region 3 is attached. In
addition, a few notes follow.
  Expenses for SoutheastCon 2004 were $44,015 and
expenses for the Region 3 meeting in Atlanta were
$31,769 ( a number of expense reports have not been
submitted). SSVR funds expended were $5914 out of an
allocation of $6150. The Professional Activities expenses
exceeded the IEEE-USA funds by $2547.
