This report centers around the Communications Committee Operational Plan
2005 as attached (R3CommPlan 2005-rev3.pdf).

The majority of the work performed by the Communications Committee is
driven by the requirements from other Region 3 committees. So as you
develop your committee's plans for 2005 please note the requirements for
communications support.

The individual reports from the  subcommittees ( Newsletter, Electronic
Communications Coordination, Web Support, Public Relations) provide the
details of how the  communications support is being delivered.

3 Meeting in Fort Lauderdale next week.
