Nominations & Appointments Committee Report - R3 Excom, April 4, 2005

Region 3 Director-Elect Nominations:

Your Region 3 Nominations and Appointments Committee is comprised of
myself, Jim Howard, as Chair, along with Dick Riddle and Dale Caston,
and assisting us at times is Past R3 Director Jim Beall.

The three(3) Candidates approved for nomination for Region 3 Director
Elect have been forwarded to IEEE Headquarters.  Each of the nominees.
Eric Ackerman, Bill Ratcliff and Lee Stogner are on the Agenda for the
upcoming Region meeting in Ft. Lauderdale, so be sure to attend and here
what each of these very qualified individuals has to share with us.


Region 3 Excom for 2006

This committee has been and continues to work with our Director-Elect,
George McClure as we begin the process of assisting George in putting
together his Excom for 2006.   If you, or someone you know, is
interested in serving the Region next year, please let George, or any
member of this committee know, so they can be considered during our
planning stages.

In closing this report, let me take this opportunity to thank Dick
Riddle, Dale Caston, and Jim Beall for all their work they have done
thus far on the committee, and for their future work the committee will
be doing between now and the end of this year.
