Region 3 Newsletter Editor's Report

Last issue of 2004 newsletter was sent to the printer middle of December
but members did not receive their copies until middle of February.  This
was due to the holiday season.  Next issue is scheduled to be
distributed electronically by the end of May.  All articles and photos
must be provided to the Editor by the end of April.  Thanks.
