Here's the SPC Report to the ExCom:

1.  The SPC minutes are posted on the web at

2.  The SPC-approved Strategic Plan for 2005+ was approved at 
     the 1/10 ExCom meeting.   Subsequent minor word changes 
     have been submitted for approval on 4/4.

5.  We still have had no updating of Region 3 History.
  
6.  Our last ByLaws update was in 7 April 2002.  Our last 
     Operations Manual update was in July 2003.  Both the
     ByLaws and the OpsManual are accessible from the 
     SPC website at https://www.ewh.ieee.org/reg/3/spc

7.  Our next SPC e-conference will be later in 2005.
