ExCom Goals for 2005 The emphasis for this year is on establishing a
PES/IAS chapter. Emphasis on taking advantage of the influx of new PES
and IAS society members due to the growing power industry in the
Tallahassee area.

February 19, 2005 ASME/IEEE Engineering Week Town Hall Meeting and Expo
A Forum that brought together government, academia, industry, and the
public on engineering and technology issues important to the State of
Florida. Held at the Challenger Learning Center with an Expo
demonstration of local engineering and university projects and research
activities.

February 25, 2005 Engineer's Week Banquet Jointly held with the local
chapters of Florida Engineering Society, ASME, and ASCE The FAMU-FSU
College of Engineering and the FAMU Student Chapters joined us for this
meeting.
