R3 Leadership Development Report 9 July 2005 I continue to support training needs within Region 3 as they arise. The four main areas of support include: 1. Leadership training for IEEE volunteers at all levels within the Region. 2. Support for the LDO project by providing and facilitating training in mentoring, leadership, and communications skills as requested by the LDO Project Director 3. Continue to support the LDO project by providing training to target groups. I have developed a new "short form" collaboration ("e-conf") training for presentation over the LiveMeeting (PlaceWare) system for helping section-level volunteers participate in on-line meetings for the R3 Committee and other committees.
