Your Region 3 Nominations and Appointments Committee is comprised of
myself, Jim Howard, as Chair, along with Dick Riddle and Dale Caston,
and assisting us at times is Past R3 Director Jim Beall.ÊÊ Below are the
activities we are currently working on.

Region 3 Excom for 2006

This committee has been and continues to work with our Director-Elect,
George McClure as we continue the process of assisting George in putting
together his R3 Excom for 2006.ÊÊ If you, or someone you know, is
interested in serving the Region next year, please let George, or any
member of this committee know, so they can be considered during our
planning stages.Ê

Region 3 Director-Elect Nominations:

The work of nominating, getting approval from the Region, and providing
IEEE Headquarters with our candidates is complete. Ê

The three(3) Candidates approved for nomination for Region 3 Director
Elect are Eric Ackerman, Bill Ratcliff and Lee Stogner.ÊÊ These
individuals will be on the ballot coming out from IEEE Headquarters
later this year, so please spread the word that we need all members to
vote when they receive their ballots.
