Registration program considerations:Ê Allan Long presented two
alternative registration programs.Ê Cvent software is a reasonable
product and has a reasonable cost.Ê The Mark / Charles software is a
good product and has a reasonable cost.Ê These products will be under
review and adoption prior to need for SEC06.

Ethernet issues and how it relates to the hotel contract:Ê The use and
cost of Ethernet at future meetings is under discussion.Ê The committee
is working with the Communications Committee to formulate the best use
for Ethernet and how to incorporate these needs into the hotel contracts
for future meetings.

Ethernet suggestions:
Negotiate for 10-20 free in sleeping room Ethernet connections
Negotiate for one free or reduced price Ethernet connection in the
Region meeting room
Allow the Region to install wireless server in the Region meeting room
