Region 3 Public Information Report

A photographic display (with captions) to highlight various Region 3
activities is being prepared for exhibition at the 2005 Sections
Congress. Two separate displays are planned. One will focus on various
Region 3 activities and meetings; the other will focus on specific
activities at the "local" section level. Both displays will be of the
tri-fold type for placement on tables, along with handout materials as
appropriate. It is also anticipated that Region 3 Newsletters will be
placed on the table(s) with the display.

An e-mail request was distributed via sec-r03@ieee.org to solicit
additional pictures and captions from the various sections in Region 3
to highlight their activities. Several responses have already been
received.

A number of pictures representative of activities at the Region 3 level
are already on file. Additional Region 3 pictures, with captions, are
encouraged. Please send pictures (with captions) by e-mail as a JPEG
attachment if possible  (640x480 size, preferred) to d.bower@ieee.org.
