Sections Congress Coordinators' Report to ExCom 9-15-05

We are waiting for data on the sections in Virginia, Kentucky/Indiana,
Tennessee, North and South Carolina.

I am pleased to report that we have 100% of the functioning sections in
Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Jamaica, and Mississippi with primary
delegates and having contributed to the sections congress financial
support fund.

Update...

Of the sections that have not registered as of September 15th, I was
unable to confirm that delegates were being sent from:

Charlotte
Chattanooga
Evansville-Owensboro
Tri-Cities

Of the remaining sections that are not registered I have
commitments from the following sections and we need to speak with the
Staff about possible missing registrations:

Hampton Roads (Kurt Clemente)
Virginia Mountain (Jan Helge Bohn)
