I thank Region 3 and ExCom members who have submitted their reports
prior to the meeting according to the guidelines posted on the web.
These reports are posted to the web linked with the agenda.  These
written reports when read provide an important communication function
for the region and its members. This will also serve as the archival
mechanism.

Also available on the web (linked from the agenda) are the minutes of
our past July ExCom which have been distributed and our April Region 
meeting.  The official approval of each are on the consent agendas 
of their respective meetings.
