Area 6 Representative

I apologize for the tardiness of this message, but personal
Illness is keeping me from attend the Region meeting this
Weekend.

As a summary for 2005, I was able to make visits to some of
The sections in the area over the past year, with Mississippi
Section being an exception, which I will rectify this year.
We had one section chair meeting in Birmingham where the focus
Was goals of the area chair, as well as revitalizing the Mobile
Section.  Since then, we have had a interim chair to step in for
Mobile, and revitalization is progressing, albeit in it's infancy.

The area 2006 goals are similar to 2005 with an added emphasis on 
The Mobile section.

Chair goals 2006:

	1. Continued semi-annual visits to all sections in Area 6.
	2. Organize, conduct and support semi-annual or annual
     section chair meetings in Area 6.
	3. Develop a vehicle of knowledge transfer for the area to 
	   which each section chair and their members have access.
	4. Aid the Mobile section in its revitalizing efforts.

Objectives:

To personally develop stronger relationships with all sections in Area 6
and increasingly gain knowledge about those sections.

To allow each section chair the continued opportunity to develop
relationships with other chairs within the area and facilitate growth
through those relationships.

To be a channel of knowledge to all sections in Area 6 to share successes,
struggles and other useful information from one another or the region.
