Communications Committee Report - January R3 Excom

Our committee continues to meet regularly by e-conference, four times
since Sections Congress. We have been focusing on our 2006
Communications Plan and Budget Request.

We have a lot of goals for the upcoming year. Our plans are
available for everyone to see, and participate in, on TWiki
(https://ie3col.eng.uab.edu/twiki/bin/view/R3econf/ComPlan2006)

Currently we are sans a webmaster and are actively seeking a replacement
for Chip Dawson. Anyone with experience who is interested, please
contact the committee.
