I sincerely appreciate the strong support for Region 3 by each 2004-2005
ExCom member and by each R3 Section representative during my term as
Director. Congratulations to 2006-2007 Director George McClure, and to
Director-Elect, Bill Ratcliff. I would ask the R3 ExCom, R3
representatives from our 41 Sections, and R3 members to continue to
provide to your incoming Director and Director-Elect the same high level
of support I received.

newsletter.

I look forward to serving as Region 3's Nominations & Appointments Chair
and to being a member of the Strategic Planning Committee.

I cherish the professional contacts and personal friendships developed
during the course of doing IEEEÕs business.
