Awards Committee Report

March 19, 2006

Preparations for the Awards Dinner at SoutheastCon are underway.
Recipients have been notified.
Citations have been reviewed and approved, and awards have been ordered.

A first draft of an online awards submission system has been developed.
Further refinement is needed before we can begin development of the web
based system.

A call went out for RAB Awards.  To date, no nominations have been
received from the region.

I hope to get the Awards initiative committee together in Memphis for
further design work.
